How should I store SHEA'STHEONE shea butter whip?
At high temperatures SHEA'STHEONE shea butter whip may melt. Please keep in a cool dry area. To return the product to a solid consistency refrigerate or keep at room temperature. In it's oil state it can still be used as a premium product.

What if I am unsatisfied with my order?
Exchange Policy
Shea'sTheOne strives to make sure each item is packaged securely, however if your order arrives in a damaged or defective condition, please email us at [email protected] within 10 business days after receiving your order.
Please include a photo of the original packaging, a photo of your item(s), and a photo of your shipping statement. Your items will be re-shipped within 7-10 business days.
Refund Policy
If requested, Shea'sTheOne will provide refunds for products received in a damaged or defective condition. All requests must be received within 10 business days after receiving your order. Please email us at [email protected]. A photo of the original packaging, a photo of the item(s), and a photo of your shipping statement must be attached to your email. All refunds will be processed through the same method of purchase within 7-10 business days. Please keep in mind that refunds take 5-7 days to show up in your account._._._._._._.
Can I use Shea'stheOne if my skin is sensitive?
Perform a skin allergy test 48 hours prior to using. Cleanse a small area of skin behind the ear or inner side of the elbow using soap and water. Apply a small quantity of Shea'stheOne and allow it to be absorbed into the skin. After 48 hours, wash the area gently with soap and water. If no reddening, burning, itching, or adverse reaction is experienced during the next 48 hours in the test area, it can be assumed that no hypersensitivity exists. In case any such reaction is experienced, do not use the product and seek medical attention if needed.
